Overview
Northwood Headquarters supports a variety of operational headquarters, infrastructure, and personnel that collectively contribute to UK and allied operational goals. Managing change effectively is crucial for maintaining the site's support of operational effectiveness, both through strategic long-term developments and shorter-term tactical changes with tight deadlines.
This role entails 37 hours per week with potential flexibility for part-time or job-share arrangements if full coverage of full-time hours is ensured.
Job Role
The Change Administrator at Northwood will oversee and coordinate change management processes related to the site, collaborating with the Defence Infrastructure Organisation Contract Management Team and Private Finance Initiative contractors. The role involves managing change requests, ensuring adherence to procedures, and acting as a central liaison for customers, contractors, and service providers. The position requires collaboration with a wide range of personnel from different headquarters and organisations at Northwood to plan and implement infrastructure and estate related changes successfully.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication skills suitable for diverse military and civilian audiences.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and ability to manage multiple information management systems.
- Preferred experience in implementing facilities management changes within a Private Finance Initiative environment.

Salary and Benefits
The role's salary is £30,740 per year, accompanied by an employer pension contribution of £8,905 towards a Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme.
