Overview

A confidential client of Fulchester Consultants seeks an experienced senior advisor to collaborate with the CEO and executive leadership. This role aims to enhance leadership effectiveness, optimize operational performance, and support strategic execution in a dynamic growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized executive coaching and mentoring to senior leaders using a structured coaching framework.
Deliver constructive feedback to enhance leadership judgement and decision-making capabilities.
Facilitate improved collaboration and team dynamics within leadership groups.
Assist senior management in identifying operational enhancements to boost efficiency, manage costs, and foster sustainable growth.
Align critical operational functions such as finance, human resources, and compliance alongside internal leadership.
Recognize and support initiatives aimed at bolstering business performance and operational excellence.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on matters of leadership, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Champion projects related to employee engagement, succession planning, and cultivating high-performing cultures.
Build robust internal partnerships to drive operational discipline and strategic expansion.

Candidate Profile

Proven leadership experience at VP, C-suite, or equivalent senior levels.
Track record of success in operational strategy, business improvement, and team leadership.
Proficient in executive coaching and leadership development.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement expertise.
Strong business insight into strategy, operations, and leadership methodologies.
Experience in complex operational or regulated environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related disciplines required; advanced degrees are a plus.
Eligibility to work remotely in the United States, with occasional travel expectations.
