Category Management Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, energetic professional to join the category management team. This position offers a strong entry point for someone interested in consumer products, data-led decision making, business strategy, and category development. In this role, you will help support the planning and delivery of assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies so the business can place the right products in front of the right customers at the right time.

The position is suited to someone who is keen to learn, build capability in a fast-moving environment, and contribute meaningfully to commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Review sales performance and market movements to help inform category decisions.
• Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to coordinate product listings, promotional activities, and pricing updates.
• Assist in rolling out category initiatives such as new product introductions and campaign execution.
• Track competitor actions and customer behavior to uncover commercial opportunities.
• Prepare analysis, reports, and presentation materials for internal discussions and planning.
• Keep product and category records accurate and up to date within internal systems.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics, strong analytical ability, and confidence using Excel or similar data tools. Good communication, a collaborative mindset, and attention to detail are important, along with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn. An interest in consumer products and customer behavior will be an added advantage.
