About the Role
Ten Sixty AI is looking for a skilled casual freelance video editor to create polished, approximately 20-minute videos that highlight luxury homes for sale globally. This position is ideal for experienced freelance editors or recently graduated individuals in film, media, or screen production who want to grow their portfolio through premium international luxury property content.
Responsibilities
- Edit raw footage into engaging luxury property videos around 20 minutes in length.
- Choose and sequence the best shots to create a compelling visual narrative.
- Enhance pacing, transitions, color grading, audio quality, and overall presentation of the videos.
- Clean and correct audio issues caused by wind or surrounding noise.
- Integrate AI-generated or synthesized voiceovers as needed.
- Work with footage obtained from various types of cameras, including DJI Osmo 360 cameras.
- Submit final videos that meet quality expectations and deadlines.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience with video editing software such as DaVinci Resolve (including its AI editing tools), Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or other leading AI-enhanced editing platforms.
- Familiarity with AI voice synthesis and audio restoration technologies.
- Knowledge of DJI Osmo 360 software and DJI Studio is advantageous due to the nature of the footage.
- Strong visual and editorial judgment with an understanding of cinematic pacing and storytelling.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and good time management skills.
- Interest in luxury real estate, architecture, film, or visual media sectors.
