CASA Sales Officer

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated CASA Sales Officers to join Axis Bank. This full-time, on-roll position involves fieldwork focused on selling the bank's products. Candidates will be assigned to branches near their residence within Goa.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the bank's products to attract new customers.
• Engage in marketing initiatives involving local travel daily to connect with potential clients.
• Reach out to current customers to increase deposits and cross-sell additional banking products.

Career Progression

Successful candidates have the opportunity for promotion to ASM (Area Sales Manager) within six months.

Qualifications and Salary

• Must hold any degree.
• Compensation includes a CTC of approximately Rs. 19,000 with a take-home pay of Rs. 16,000 plus incentives up to Rs. 50,000 monthly.
