Car Sales Executive

Job Overview

Listers Group is seeking a dedicated Car Sales Executive to join their Toyota dealership located in Bristol. The role involves working Monday through Saturday, with one weekday off and Sundays on a rotational basis. Scheduled hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays, and 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

• Build trust and deliver excellent first impressions by clearly understanding each customer’s needs and effectively communicating how vehicles meet their lifestyle requirements.
• Engage potential customers through prospecting activities including follow-up calls, handling inbound inquiries, walk-ins, and online leads.
• Meet or surpass monthly key performance indicators related to unit sales, profitability per vehicle, finance penetration, and additional product sales.
• Comply with FCA regulations and data protection laws by accurately capturing customer and vehicle information, thereby enhancing the quality of the customer database.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in car sales, retail management, or sales management is advantageous.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong ability to quickly connect with customers and build rapport.
• Motivated to develop a successful career in the automotive industry.
• Possess a valid UK driving license.
• Experience in the motor trade or automotive dealership is preferred but not mandatory, as comprehensive training will be provided.
