Overview

Join Regeneron, a leader in scientific innovation focused on developing transformative medicines for serious health conditions, as a Calibration Technician within our Facilities Operations team in Raheen, Limerick. Work Environment and Schedule

Position requires availability for 24/7 shift coverage.
Work location: Raheen, Limerick.

Key Responsibilities

Adhere strictly to site safety protocols to maintain an accident-free workplace.
Ensure maintenance activities are accurately documented in compliance with cGMP standards both on paper and within the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of all facility areas.
Provide technical support in instrumentation and calibration for teams including Facilities, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Operations.
Follow departmental SOPs and maintain current training records to ensure compliance with operational standards.
Support continuous process improvements, including initiatives like 5S and Lean methodologies.
Communicate effectively with mid-level and senior management within the facilities department.
Occasionally assist with other process, utility, or facility-related tasks outside the calibration department’s usual duties.

Skills and Technical Requirements

Proficiency working with automated control systems and low voltage instrumentation.
Ability to perform instrumentation loop checks, tuning, troubleshooting, and commissioning.
Competence in calibrating diverse instruments such as those measuring temperature, pressure, level, flow, and various analytical parameters.

Qualifications and Experience

Possession of a relevant recognized trade qualification; candidates with third-level qualifications are preferred.
Minimum of two years’ experience in a comparable instrumentation or calibration role; equivalent relevant experience may substitute formal education.

The salary range for this position is €14.55 to €22.73 per hour.
