Job Overview

Alice Cabinetry is seeking a skilled Cabinet Vision Drafter to join their San Leandro facility on a full-time basis. The role focuses on producing detailed shop drawings and production files utilizing Cabinet Vision software to engineer custom residential cabinetry projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create precise shop drawings and production data using Cabinet Vision software.
• Design custom cabinetry solutions for residential applications using the CV platform.
• Update and enhance the existing Cabinet Vision catalog and develop custom fixtures from the ground up.
• Work closely with production teams, designers, and sales staff to ensure effective transition from design to manufacturing.
• Ensure accuracy in all documentation including drawings, cut lists, and CNC programming inputs.
• Address and troubleshoot design and production issues promptly as they occur.

Preferred Qualifications

• A minimum of two years' experience with Cabinet Vision, especially with S2M Center, within a manufacturing setting.
• Experience working with User Custom Scripts (UCS) and editing SQL Reports is desired.
• Knowledge of residential millwork, cabinetry construction techniques, and materials.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Ability to analyze architectural plans and convert them into accurate, manufacturable drawings.
• Strong communication, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational skills.

Education & Experience

Relevant experience or education in Statistics or a related discipline is necessary. The position requires practical experience in this field.
