Business System Analyst - Relocation to Saudi Arabia

Overview

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join the Learning Solutions & Services Department, which focuses on delivering and enhancing enterprise learning technologies for Saudi Aramco's corporate learning programs. The department manages learning platforms, digital learning services, and technology-driven learning solutions to ensure a comprehensive, learner-focused, and scalable learning experience. This role serves as the key technical liaison between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring smooth integration across learning platforms and future digital learning projects through secure and scalable services.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions that support enterprise learning systems.
• Design, evaluate, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Learning, other enterprise applications, and both internal and external systems.
• Lead technical assessments for emerging learning technologies to confirm alignment with the organization's learning architecture.
• Support the creation, deployment, and enhancement of mobile learning solutions, focusing on backend integration and system interfacing.
• Analyze academic and corporate Learning Management Systems like Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, and similar platforms for business fit and integration needs.
• Maintain and improve corporate learning systems, including SuccessFactors Learning Management System and Job Certification modules.
• Explore and recommend new learning technologies that can enhance user experience, system performance, and operational efficiency.
• Drive the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence features within learning systems.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are favorable.
• At least 8 years of experience working with enterprise business systems, learning technologies, or Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
• Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or equivalent enterprise Learning Management Systems.
• A solid background in designing and supporting system integrations utilizing APIs, web services, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Preferred experience with academic Learning Management Systems such as Blackboard, Canvas, or Moodle.
• Experience in supporting mobile applications and digital learning platforms.
• Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies, including generative AI and enterprise AI integrations.
• Proven ability to develop, configure, or integrate AI solutions using enterprise AI platforms, machine learning frameworks, or large language model technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or equivalent tools to aid in system integration, automation, and data analysis.
• Understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and data privacy norms relevant to enterprise applications and cloud environments.
• Experience working with data analytics and business intelligence tools to evaluate system performance, user engagement, and operational metrics supporting informed business decisions.
• Professional certifications in cloud services, enterprise applications, or project management (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, SAP SuccessFactors, PMP) are advantageous.
