About the Role

YES Germany is looking for a business development professional to join its growing team and support students who want to pursue education in Germany. The role focuses on outreach, relationship building, student counselling, and developing new growth opportunities for the organization.

Role Overview

This position is based in Vijayawada and is suited to someone who enjoys networking, student engagement, and sales-driven business growth. The company is also hiring for Vizag, and the role requires working six days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective students through networking, lead generation, and direct outreach activities.
• Develop and nurture strong connections with students, parents, schools or colleges, and local business partners.
• Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, workshops, and other promotional activities.
• Guide students on study options in Germany, covering universities, courses, admission requirements, and visa-related steps.
• Identify new partnership opportunities and business avenues to strengthen the company’s presence in the region.
• Track market shifts, competitor actions, and customer behavior to shape business strategies.
• Maintain excellent client experience by following up regularly and managing relationships effectively.
• Prepare sales updates, forecasts, and performance reports for the management team.

Eligibility

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and have at least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or the education industry. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Working Details

The position follows a 6-day work week. The role is based on-site in Vijayawada, with another location mentioned as Vizag.
