Position Overview
The Business Development Sales Associate will focus on generating new revenue streams through the sale of various ticketing products such as full season packages, group tickets, premium hospitality, and event tickets. This role uses targeted, data-informed sales strategies combined with strong relationship-building and proactive outreach to high-potential leads to boost ticket sales.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive ticket sales by promoting full season ticket plans, group sales, premium hospitality packages, and special event tickets.
- Conduct daily outbound communication via phone, text, and email to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to potential customers, current season ticket holders, and clients.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of ticketing systems, CRM tools, and sales software used by the organization.
- Diligently record all interactions with prospects and customers in designated systems to maintain data accuracy.
- Engage actively in sales training, coaching, and continuous skill development sessions.
- Offer on-site ticket and customer service support during home games, special events, and season ticket member gatherings.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer journey and align with organizational goals.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-based atmosphere while juggling multiple tasks.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proven ability to cultivate trust and rapport with diverse clients and prospects.

- High attention to detail and proficiency maintaining records within CRM and ticketing platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Ticketmaster Archtics, or comparable CRM/ticketing software is advantageous.
- Prior background in sales, customer service, hospitality, fundraising, retail, or relationship management is beneficial.

- Compensation includes a competitive hourly wage plus commission, with uncapped earning potential based on sales achievements.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and are responsible for any relocation costs.
- This is a seasonal, hourly role designed to provide practical experience in sports-related sales, with the prospect of full-time opportunities for high performers.
- The schedule demands 40 hours per week with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Physical demands include light office work and standing outdoors for extended periods in varying weather while supporting mobile assistance at stadium entrances.
