Overview
Oz Digital BPO, a Bangalore-based digital marketing agency with headquarters in Sydney, Australia, has been operating in India for over six years. Located in the prime area of Koramangala, the company specializes in online marketing solutions including digital marketing, web designing, and SEO for small and medium-sized businesses in Australia. The firm prides itself on a data-driven, research-oriented approach that ensures customer satisfaction and sustained results.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in cold calling to generate leads and arrange meetings focused on web development, SEO, and online marketing services.
- Schedule and confirm B2B client appointments and effectively close sales deals.
- Collaborate with prospective clients and Senior Business Development Managers to drive sales.
- Effectively follow up on all generated leads to convert them into business opportunities.
Required Skills and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- High persuasion and convincing ability.
- Mandatory prior experience in international voice processes.
- Sales background including lead generation, appointment setting, B2B sales, or digital marketing sales is highly beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary ranges from 450,000 to 800,000 INR per annum.
- Additional monthly incentives and performance bonuses starting at a minimum of 20,000 INR per month upon achieving set monthly targets.
Additional Information
