Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will spearhead revenue growth by acquiring new clients and cultivating strategic partnerships in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and CDMO sectors. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the life sciences arena.

  • Manage the entire business development process including prospecting, engaging clients, delivering presentations, proposal preparation, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet quarterly and yearly revenue objectives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 2 to 4 years experience in business development, sales, account management, staffing services, or client relationship management.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, lead qualification, client acquisition, and business expansion.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales and revenue goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or comparable platforms.
