Business Development Executive / Manager

Job Summary

The candidate will be tasked with expanding business operations by leveraging in-depth knowledge of the market, products, and solutions/services related to life, health, and general insurance as well as mutual funds and other financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer a broad array of insurance products, financial services, and wealth management solutions tailored to retail investors, institutions, corporations, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Review client portfolios thoroughly, engaging with clients to align strategies with their objectives and risk profiles.
• Sell insurance services including health, life, and general insurance, as well as mutual funds, fixed deposits, portfolio management, and related financial services.
• Drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth and generate revenue meeting or exceeding company targets.
• Achieve and surpass assigned sales goals consistently.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships ensuring high-quality service.
• Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements including KYC, IRDAI, and SEBI guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Post Graduate degree or MBA preferred; graduate degrees also considered for mutual fund related roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Robust product knowledge across insurance and financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect new clients and close sales effectively.
• Technical proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint for effective presentations.
• Comfortable navigating and utilizing internet resources efficiently.

The job location is Dongargarh, Chattisgarh. The role demands a result-driven individual with a commitment to customer satisfaction and adherence to industry regulations.

Compensation

The salary range offered is ₹15,000 to ₹24,500 per month.
