Business Analyst Role in Workday HR Domain

STAFFXPERT LLC is looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with more than five years of experience specializing in Workday within the Human Resources field to contribute to strategic HR projects. The role is based onsite in Charlotte, NC.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect, scrutinize, and record both business and functional needs.
• Support HR projects making use of Workday platforms including Prism and Extend.
• Work in partnership with both business stakeholders and IT teams to create scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead efforts in process enhancements, testing activities, and implementation assistance.
• Oversee communication with stakeholders and manage project-related deliverables.

Required Expertise

• Certified Workday Business Analyst with relevant credentials.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and domain expertise.
• Experience working with Workday Prism and Workday Extend (Xtend).
• Skilled in business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and business process optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work experience with Wells Fargo is advantageous.
• Background in consulting, business operations, or strategic consulting is a plus.
