About the Role

This opportunity is offered via a partnering organization that manages the recruitment process. The position is for a Brand/Visual Designer located in the Netherlands, tasked with enhancing and defining the visual identity for a rapidly expanding company across all customer touchpoints.

The incumbent will spearhead the creative direction to shape how the brand is perceived by enterprise clients and industry leaders. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in digital, print, event, and marketing asset creation.

The role emphasizes building adaptable design systems to ensure consistent, quality brand representation as the company scales. It involves collaboration with marketing, product, and sales departments, converting concepts into engaging visual narratives. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the brand’s identity across digital and physical platforms, guaranteeing visual excellence and consistency.
• Lead creative design for various initiatives including websites, landing pages, campaigns, marketing collateral, presentations, and social media content.
• Design engaging event experiences such as conference materials, booths, and activations for offline brand engagement.
• Create scalable design systems, templates, and frameworks to streamline asset creation while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate company messaging into compelling visual storytelling.
• Critically assess briefs and provide strategic creative input to enhance outcomes.
• Deliver polished design solutions from initial concept through to final production, balancing speed, quality, and business priorities.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of four years experience in design roles, preferably within high-growth B2B SaaS companies, leading creative agencies, or related environments.
• A robust portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity, web design, print materials, events, and diverse visual experiences.
• Experience not only executing but also creating and evolving comprehensive brand systems.
• Demonstrated ability to develop a clear creative perspective and confidently communicate design choices to stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of B2B branding, target audience perceptions, and crafting narratives for business sectors.
• Capability to alternate smoothly between strategic planning and practical execution without compromising standards.
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Webflow or similar web design platforms is advantageous.
• Proactive, high-ownership mentality with the capacity to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to partner effectively across marketing, product, and sales departments.
