Role Overview
This position involves direct interaction with customers at premium mall locations. The main responsibility is to assist clients in acquiring gold and silver coins and bars by guiding them through our gold and silver vending machines, while imparting comprehensive product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Aspect Bullion’s products through vending machines across designated locations.
- Guide customers on how to use vending machines and provide detailed product insights.
- Gather customer feedback to help enhance service quality.
- Uphold the company's image by representing the brand professionally.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or any frontline customer service role is mandatory.
- Minimum qualification required is Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or Graduation.
Work Details
- Locations include Inorbit Mall (Malad), Oberoi Mall (Goregaon), Viviana Mall (Thane), Nexus Mall (Seawoods), Inorbit Mall (Vashi), and Orion Mall (Panvel).
- Six working days per week with one day off.
- Shift duration of nine hours per day.
