Overview

This opportunity is with Bajaj Finance Ltd., seeking a Branch Manager to act as a product owner for enhancing a company productivity app aimed at sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance employee productivity by innovating new features for the sales teams through the company’s productivity application.
• Serve as the product owner collaborating closely with IT to ensure delivery of a high-quality product tailored to the needs of multiple business verticals.
• Engage diverse stakeholders including business units and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements and technical constraints.
• Translate strategic product goals into comprehensive, detailed requirements and produce/review user stories.
• Coordinate with the IT team to guarantee timely delivery of application features.
• Work with stakeholders across various departments within Bajaj Finance Ltd. to promote usage and adoption of the Salesone application.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team member(s) to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields; MBA preferred.
• 6 to 8 years of product management experience within technology or financial services sectors.
• Familiarity with Finance, Fintech domains, NBFC/lending operations, or B2C Platforms is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills to extract actionable insights.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to take initiative.

Desired Experience

• Basic understanding of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Experience preparing functional requirement documentation for IT development teams.
