BMS Engineer

Role Overview

This opening is for a BMS Engineer role with a focus on building systems monitoring and basic technical support. The position is suitable for freshers who have a foundational understanding of building automation and related facility systems.

Key Work Areas

• Keep an eye on the fire panel and fire detector status and respond to alerts appropriately.
• Use and handle Honeywell software and JCI software at a basic working level.
• Understand the fundamentals of chiller plant manager operations.
• Work with air handling units at a basic level.
• Develop familiarity with actuators and VFDs for routine building system support.

Eligibility

Any graduate may apply. The role is intended for freshers only.

Technical Exposure Required

Candidates should have basic knowledge of building management systems and related infrastructure such as fire alarm systems, access control systems, CCTV systems, public address systems, security systems, mechanical systems, BMS/IBMS environments, Honeywell software, JCI software, chiller plant manager, air handling units, actuators, and VFDs.

Compensation

The compensation range provided for this position is INR 2,75,000 to INR 4,75,000 per year.
