About the Role

The Radiant Institute located in Pimple Saudagar, Pune, is seeking a dedicated Science cum Biology Teacher to instruct students across various grade levels. This full-time onsite position involves teaching Science to students from classes 6 through 10 under CBSE, ICSE, and State Board curricula, and Biology to classes 11 and 12, including CBSE and NEET foundation preparation if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons in Science for classes 6 to 10 and Biology for classes 11 and 12.
• Develop detailed lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and question papers to support curriculum delivery.
• Administer regular evaluations through tests, assess answer scripts meticulously, and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate progress reports to parents as needed.
• Organize doubt-clearing sessions ensuring thorough understanding of concepts.
• Guide and support students in preparations for board and competitive examinations.
• Adhere strictly to the institute’s academic calendar and uphold classroom discipline standards.
• Engage actively in faculty meetings, contribute to academic planning, and assist in curriculum development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Zoology, Botany, or a similar relevant discipline is required.
• Possession of a B.Ed. degree is preferred but not compulsory.
• At least two years of teaching experience within the CBSE or ICSE educational frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of the subject matter and superior communication abilities.
• An enthusiastic approach toward teaching and mentoring students.
