Job Overview
Rishabh Enterprises HVAC&R Private Limited is seeking a diligent Billing Cum Store Executive to handle the billing and store management duties at their retail outlet located at 66, Thirumalai Pillai Road, T. Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer billing and generate invoices accurately.
- Use POS and billing software to process transactions including cash, card, and UPI payments.
- Keep daily billing records up to date.
- Receive incoming stock, verify it, and maintain detailed stock and inventory records.
- Handle material inward and outward movements effectively.
- Organize and arrange store products properly.
- Monitor inventory levels closely and report any shortages or discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate communication with customers and the accounts department as necessary.
- Provide support in daily retail store operations.
Candidate Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of practical experience in Retail Billing, Store Operations, or Inventory management.
- Familiarity with POS or billing software systems.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication skills with capability of customer handling.
- Fundamental understanding of stock and inventory management.
- Preference for candidates experienced in both billing and store operation functions.
Compensation and Location
Monthly salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000. Work site is at the retail store in T. Nagar, Chennai. Candidates residing in the Chennai region will be considered.
