About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Barista to join a prominent High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted for 35 hours weekly. This role involves crafting expertly blended drinks and delivering outstanding service to customers. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality drinks and food that exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the bar area at all times.
- Handle transactions including cash and card payments efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly.
- Manage inventory of clean mugs, plates, and related supplies.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of brewing techniques, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation.
- Inspect and report on the condition of brewing equipment and request maintenance as needed.
- Uphold Costa's positive brand image through professional conduct.
- Adhere strictly to food hygiene and handling standards.
- Comply with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Previous experience in customer service roles preferred.
