Role Overview

As a Starbucks Barista, your core mission is to craft the signature Starbucks Experience, providing excellent customer service and expertly prepared beverages. You'll thrive in a lively store atmosphere, mastering coffee and food preparation skills while collaborating with teammates and engaging with customers who brighten your day.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging warmly and responding to customer needs.
• Prepare beverages and food items according to established recipes, customizing orders as requested.
• Manage cash handling and uphold store safety and security standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Support various store tasks during shifts to ensure efficient operations.

Basic Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we welcome enthusiastic individuals ready to learn.
• Consistent punctuality and attendance, with or without accommodations.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to follow store policies and provide quality products while ensuring safety standards.
