Role Overview

This full-time, on-location Barista position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include preparing and serving espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and other beverages adhering to standard recipes and quality benchmarks. The Barista operates coffee machines, grinds and brews coffee, handles food prep for light menu items, and maintains cleanliness and organization of the workspace. Engaging guests with warm greetings, taking orders, managing payments, and delivering efficient customer service are core duties. Additional tasks encompass restocking supplies, adhering to health and safety protocols, and promoting a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications and Skills

• Exemplary customer service and interpersonal abilities to ensure guests feel welcome.
• Proficient barista techniques including espresso extraction, milk frothing, and fundamental coffee brewing.
• Effective communication to accurately take orders, describe menu offerings, and collaborate with colleagues.
• Capability in preparing pastries or light foods while following strict hygiene standards.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills for precise cash handling and operating point-of-sale systems.
