About the role

Starbucks is hiring a part-time barista for Store #20322 at Fraser Station in Aldergrove, Abbotsford, British Columbia. This position is about creating a welcoming coffeehouse experience through friendly service, high-quality beverages, and smooth teamwork in a lively store setting.

What you will do

• Prepare beverages and food items to Starbucks standards or customized customer requests.
• Deliver warm, attentive service and respond to customer needs clearly and pleasantly.
• Handle cash accurately and follow store safety, security, and operating procedures.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and ready for a fast-paced shift.
• Work across different tasks during the shift as needed.
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, with or without accommodation.

Experience and qualifications

No prior experience is needed for this role. Candidates should be available for flexible scheduling, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. The job also involves following store policies for beverage and food preparation, cash handling, safety, and security.
