Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Barista position located in the Greater Lucknow Area involves preparing and serving a range of hot and cold coffee and tea drinks, alongside other café offerings, strictly adhering to company recipes and quality benchmarks. Key duties include greeting guests, taking orders, operating coffee machines and related equipment, and maintaining a tidy and organized service area. Responsibilities also cover handling payments, managing café supply inventory, and assisting with basic food preparation when necessary. The Barista collaborates closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery, compliance with hygiene and safety protocols, and consistently positive guest experiences.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage guests courteously and professionally.
• Proficiency in Barista skills such as beverage preparation, espresso machine use, and fundamental coffee knowledge.
• Clear communication abilities for accurate order taking, team coordination, and addressing guest queries.
• Food preparation competence for supporting basic café food items while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Preferred qualifications include prior café or hospitality experience, familiarity with cash handling and point of sale systems, stamina for standing extended hours, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
