Role Overview

As a Barback, you will provide essential support to bartenders by ensuring the bar remains fully stocked, tidy, and efficiently organized. This enables bartenders to concentrate on delivering excellent guest experiences and crafting drinks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the bar’s products, equipment, and setup procedures.
• Ensure the bar is stocked and organized before and throughout service.
• Keep the bar area clean, up to regulatory standards, and visually appealing from open to close.
• Maintain energy and focus during shifts to sustain pace and quality.
• Collaborate positively with bartenders and team members by being present and ready to assist wherever necessary.

Candidate Profile

• Energy, dependability, and sincere interest in bar operations are the primary qualifications.
• Previous experience in bars or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of French or other European languages is a bonus.
