Job Overview

Our client is an expanding retail chain specializing in basic grocery items with robust financial backing, aiming to revolutionize Nigeria's retail sector. They are currently seeking dedicated Bakers to join their teams across various locations including Lekki, Sangotedo, Eputu, Lamgbasa, Marina, Lakowe, Bogije, Alakun Elepete, Eleko, Awoyaya, Epe, Imolete, Ikota, Abijo, Obalende, and other island sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other bakery goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and strictly follow hygiene protocols within the bakery.
• Regularly check product quality and ensure freshness of baked items.
• Assist with daily bakery operations as required.

Qualifications and Skills

• At minimum, possess a Senior Secondary Certificate of Education (SSCE).
• Previous baking experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-moving work setting.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary includes a base monthly wage of NGN 150000 plus additional attractive benefits.
