Backend Software Engineer (Singapore)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Backend Software Engineer to contribute to the development and refinement of overseas social product modules. The role involves optimizing current systems to enable rapid business growth while ensuring scalability, high concurrency, availability, and low latency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and iterate core functional modules of social products targeting overseas markets.
• Enhance and refactor existing backend systems to support fast-paced business demands.
• Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and complex technical challenges, continuously improving system efficiency.
• Create scalable and robust system architectures suitable for high-demand environments.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical solutions and system designs.

Requirements

• Fluent proficiency in spoken Chinese is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Software or related disciplines, with a minimum of two years of professional development experience.
• Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and networking fundamentals.
• Advanced programming skills in Go language, with disciplined coding practices and a solid foundation.
• Experience working with Redis, MySQL, Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Kubernetes cluster management.
• Preferred candidates have community social product development or voice live streaming experience and/or cloud development expertise, particularly with AWS.
• Self-driven learner with excellent logical reasoning, strong accountability, teamwork, and execution capabilities.
