Join KUN Motorcycles as an Automotive Service Advisor in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service by understanding vehicle issues and coordinating efficient service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers and carefully listen to their vehicle-related complaints.
• Conduct vehicle inspections alongside customers noting damages, accessories, and kilometers driven.
• Clearly communicate the necessary service work, parts, labor costs, and estimated completion time.
• Create detailed job cards within the Dealer Management System (DMS) for every service.
• Coordinate the handover of vehicles and job cards to workshop floor managers and technicians.
• Monitor job progress and turnaround times by liaising with the workshop team.
• Inform customers of any additional repairs found during servicing and obtain cost approvals.
• Work closely with the spare parts department to ensure parts availability.
• Generate accurate billing including labor, spare parts, annual maintenance contracts (AMC), roadside assistance (RSA), and accessories.
• Explain the bill clearly to customers and secure their approval before payment.
• Oversee vehicle delivery, providing thorough explanations of completed work.
• Gather customer feedback to maintain high customer satisfaction levels (CSI).
• Meet monthly sales targets for labor, spares, and AMC sales.
• Promote service retention by scheduling next service appointments and following up with customers.
• Professionally manage customer complaints and handle escalations.
• Maintain up-to-date records in CRM/DMS covering inquiries, job cards, deliveries, and follow-ups.
