Position Overview

Enterprise Mobility is looking for a committed full-time Automotive Detailer based in Calgary, Alberta. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and preparation of vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring customer safety and satisfaction. The location is 129 17 AVE SE, Calgary, AB T2G 1H3.

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday (rotating): 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly clean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interiors following industry standards.
  • Wash, dry, and clean exteriors of vehicles, which may include a range of vehicle sizes such as cars, vans, and trucks.
  • Inspect fuel levels, dashboard warning lights, windshield condition; reset vehicle settings to erase previous customer data.
  • Check for customer belongings and securely place valuable items in Lost & Found.
  • Confirm that vehicle registration documents are current and match license plates.
  • Assess, top up fluid levels; evaluate tire status including pressure and tread depth.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and safety concerns; report issues and remove vehicles from preparation as needed.
  • Maintain orderly, clean workspace and communicate any unsafe or hazardous conditions.
  • Use specialized equipment such as carpet shampoo machines and air purifiers to remove stains, pet hair, and odors.
  • Assist customers as needed, which may include transporting them to and from branch locations.
  • Support overall site upkeep including cleaning interiors and exteriors, ensuring branch appearance is well maintained.
  • Perform general upkeep tasks like cleaning desks, countertops, phones, floors, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping parking lots, and other daily cleanliness duties.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Engage in continuous self-assessment and training to enhance job performance.
  • Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
  • Complete miscellaneous duties assigned as part of the role.

Candidate Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last three years
  • No drug or alcohol-related driving convictions within the past five years
  • Authorized to work in Canada without needing company-sponsored work authorization now or in the future
  • Capable of lifting at least 25 pounds to assist customers
  • Able to work the specified schedule, excluding religious observances: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and rotating Saturdays 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
