Automation Tester

About the role

Join a fast-paced testing team where you will help strengthen the quality, stability, and reliability of software products. This position offers close collaboration with development and QA peers to validate system behavior, improve test coverage, and support the delivery of solutions that perform well for users. Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and run automated test scripts in Selenium to validate application quality.
• Partner with development teams to understand testing needs and build detailed test plans.
• Review test outcomes, track defects, and coordinate with developers to get issues resolved.
• Improve automation frameworks and testing workflows to make execution faster and more effective.
• Take part in code reviews and share feedback that supports strong testability and quality practices.

Minimum qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in B.Tech, B.C.A., B.E., or B.Sc. is required.
• Hands-on experience in QA automation with a strong focus on Selenium.
• Good analytical thinking and a sharp eye for detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience using Java with Selenium to build reliable automated test cases.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and modern delivery practices.
• Evidence of improving test methods, frameworks, or overall QA processes.
• Comfort working in Agile teams and adjusting quickly to changing priorities.
• Performance and load testing experience will be an added advantage.
