Overview
HyROI Solutions is hiring an Automation Engineer for a full-time role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The position is focused on building production-grade automation workflows, AI-powered conversational systems, and policy-driven validation layers for HR processes.
Core Responsibilities
- Create, deploy, and support n8n workflows for HR lifecycle operations such as eligibility checks, multi-stage approvals, SLA tracking, document processing, alerts, and exception handling.
- Develop and improve an LLM/RAG-based conversational AI agent, including prompt design, knowledge retrieval, intent recognition, bilingual Arabic-English interaction, context handling, and safeguards against hallucinated outputs.
- Design and maintain a central business-rule validation engine that applies client HR policies, eligibility rules, and governance checks before each transaction is executed.
- Connect the n8n orchestration layer with Oracle EBS HRMS APIs, NestJS services, and external government verification systems.
- Implement AI governance measures such as prompt template version control, model lifecycle tracking, accuracy testing, user-feedback processing, and complete audit logging.
- Build automated test coverage for workflow paths and AI responses, ensuring they match client acceptance standards.
- Contribute part-time to the HR AI Agent 2.0 workstream through workflow enhancements and AI pipeline support as assigned by the client.
- Take part in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, fortnightly reviews, and monthly status reporting.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 6 years of experience in automation, workflow engineering, AI integration, or related technical delivery.
- Hands-on experience with n8n for production workflows and complex conditional logic.
- Practical knowledge of LangChain for RAG workflows, prompt engineering, and retrieval optimization.
- Experience integrating LLMs such as Azure OpenAI or GPT-4o equivalents.
- Strong ability to work with REST APIs across multiple enterprise systems.
- Capability to support Arabic and English bilingual AI interactions.
- Understanding of AI governance, including explainability, versioning, and hallucination mitigation.
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS HRMS or similar HR enterprise systems is preferred.
- Exposure to UAE federal government or HR platforms is an added advantage.
- Experience with observability tools such as LangSmith or Langfuse is desirable.
- Basic familiarity with Node.js and NestJS for backend integration is useful.
- Knowledge of pgvector or other vector databases, plus Redis for session and caching use cases, is beneficial.
