Role overview

An established audit firm in the UAE is looking for a motivated and detail-focused Auditor to strengthen its team. The position is based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and involves working on audit assignments for the firm’s clients.

What the role involves

• Carry out audit engagements and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
• Work on statutory audits, prepare financial statements, and support risk assessment activities.
• Handle several audit assignments at the same time while staying on schedule and meeting deadlines.
• Produce clear, well-structured reports and communicate findings effectively.

Requirements

• Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• At least 3 years of audit experience in the UAE, gained within an audit firm.
• Ability to independently complete audit work from start to finish.
• Working knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Experience in statutory audits, financial statement preparation, and risk evaluation.
• Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and report-writing capability.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
