ATM Operation Executive

Job Overview

This role involves managing ATM cash operations, ensuring timely withdrawal and loading of cash, and maintaining accurate transaction records. Close coordination with route leaders and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop daily route plans for cash withdrawal and replenishment in collaboration with the Route Leader.
• Collect cash pickups according to bank-specific indentations and denominations.
• Prepare cash receipts and secure approvals from the Route Leader.
• Complete all assigned site visits daily for cash loading or end-of-day (EOD) activities.
• Address First Level Maintenance (FLM) issues promptly and resolve within the turnaround time (TAT).
• Accurately and promptly log all transactions such as withdrawal, loading, EOD, and FLM entries on Android devices.
• Record counter entries in Core Banking System (CBS) and provide reports to the Route Leader.
• Notify the Route Leader immediately about any operational issues and document these in the Android device.
• Return unused cash to the vault when loading is not possible due to unavoidable reasons.
• Generate Cash Balance Reports (CBR) as mandated by SLA, e.g., for HDFC bank, and submit to the Route Leader.
• Collaborate with the Reports team to ensure delivery of mandatory customer reports as required.

Remuneration
