ATM Mitra / ATM Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated ATM Mitra (ATM Executive) to join our banking operations team. This field-based full-time position involves regular site visits to assigned ATMs to guarantee their proper functionality and uninterrupted service availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of assigned ATMs to verify operational status and cleanliness.
• Ensure ATMs are stocked with cash by coordinating timely replenishments, preventing cash outages.
• Maintain consumables such as receipt paper, ribbons, and cartridges in ATMs.
• Report any ATM technical malfunctions promptly to the support or vendor teams.
• Perform basic ATM balancing and operational checks following the prescribed bank procedures.
• Collaborate with bank branches, cash-in-transit personnel, and servicing vendors effectively.
• Accurately document daily service visits and update required systems accordingly.
• Immediately escalate any issues related to security, cash, or technical faults for prompt resolution.
• Work continually to maximize the uptime and service reliability of all assigned ATMs.

Candidate Qualifications

• Education level: completion of 10th grade, 12th grade, or any graduate degree.
• This role is open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• Good communication skills and basic familiarity with smartphone technology are essential.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the designated area.
• Basic understanding of banking and ATM operations is advantageous.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.

Additional Information

• Position is full-time and field based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Salary ranges from INR 16,000 to INR 28,000 per month.
