Role Overview

• Assist various advisory workstreams, increasing involvement with clients, advisors, and investors.
• Help prepare transaction-related documents such as teasers, information memorandums, and management presentations.
• Support due diligence activities for potential funding partners.
• Conduct detailed analyses of market conditions, industries, and individual companies.
• Construct and maintain financial models for project finance deals, aiding bid strategies and evaluating financing scenarios.
• Provide assistance in negotiations concerning project documentation and funding competitions.
• Contribute to the creation of term sheets and finance contracts.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience within banking or advisory services.
• Master's degree focused on Finance.
• Excellent quantitative and analytical capabilities.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in English and German languages.
