Role Overview

The Associate Talent Partner role focuses on sourcing exceptional talent by tackling challenging recruitment needs and cultivating early candidate relationships. Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you will develop diverse, quality talent pipelines for the Go-to-Market division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create focused sourcing strategies for vital GTM hiring emphasizing quality over volume.
  • Engage top candidates through personalized, thoughtful outreach distinguishing from standard recruiting messages.
  • Design innovative sourcing campaigns tailored to distinct markets, roles, and hiring needs.
  • Work alongside recruiters and managers to improve candidate search approaches and pipeline quality.
  • Conduct market intelligence research covering compensation trends, organizational layouts, hiring movements, and competitor analysis to guide recruitment plans.
  • Explore and utilize new sourcing methods, AI tools, and talent channels to identify hidden candidates.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of MarTech/data landscapes, particularly technical GTM roles like Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Engineering, and Technical Account Management.
  • Foster ongoing relationships with prospective candidates to establish talent communities ahead of hiring demands.
  • Represent the company brand by ensuring an excellent candidate experience at every stage.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 2 years' experience in recruiting, sales, marketing, business development, or customer-facing roles with proven proactive outreach skills; candidate sourcing or outbound prospecting is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and drive processes independently.
  • Excellent written communication aptitude to draft thoughtful, concise, and personalized candidate engagement messages.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with enthusiasm for exploring companies, markets, and talent pools.
  • Capacity to rapidly assimilate technical concepts related to GTM roles, especially customer-facing technical functions.
  • Highly organized with effective multitasking and quality execution abilities.
