Associate - SAP Consulting

About the Role

This position involves a career in SAP Consulting services where you will help clients optimize their SAP investments with solutions spanning sales, finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital management. The role includes consulting, system integration, and implementation across various SAP applications and technologies, driving business-focused, technology-enabled transformations including enterprise resource planning and modern mobile, analytics, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct workflow analysis and system testing to automate data validations.
• Lead design and development of predictive models and executive dashboards for radiology-oncology, incorporating alerting based on statistical methods.
• Provide backup support for financial analysts, addressing general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable issues.
• Analyze business processes and requirements, identify data migration needs, perform integration testing, and prepare for system go-live.
• Create training materials and lead monthly SME network calls.
• Implement development processes and deployment standards; participate in SOA solution design.
• Train super users using documentation with VISIO flowcharts for clarity.
• Utilize JIRA for logging hours and project issues.
• Develop web services to expose application functionalities for SOA purposes.
• Design and deliver a custom integration for HCM data with ZeroChaos for client GoPro.
• Provide recommendations related to STSP WR during business meetings; complete development, testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Configure KMAT materials with object dependencies in BOM as per customer needs.
• Support Windows 7 migration by resolving SAS installation issues and documenting procedures.
• Design data extraction and reporting objects connecting ECC and PLM systems to BW.
• Develop user-friendly web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, and AJAX.
• Create dynamic reports through CRM reporting tools and SSRS, deploying them on CRM platforms.
• Develop APO RFC to provide product master data for ECC GMM F4 help.
• Work on baseline increments for ERP solution implementation.
• Collaborate with other SAP module teams to draft functional specs and potential system configuration adaptations.
• Conduct ERP system feasibility studies.
• Research business trends and advise stakeholders with development options and innovative solutions.
• Contribute to creating standard configurations, documentation, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Create and customize Salesforce communities for customers and partners.
• Configure action triggers on purchase orders, receiving, and WIP move transactions.
• Extract SOX compliance data using SqlDeveloper.
• Assist users with Windows environment and application software.
• Provide audit and financial analysis support for Department of Defense appropriations.
• Develop impact and preliminary analyses in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and actively participate in implementations.
• Support DoD acquisition processes for evolving operational networks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Educational background: B.E, B.Tech, M.Tech, MBA, or MCA degree holders.
• Work experience: 2 to 3 years in relevant fields.
• Mandatory skill: Proficiency in SAP overview and related functionalities.
