Associate Public Relations Representative | Saudi Aramco SMP

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Public Relations Representative to join Saudi Aramco in Dhahran. This position calls for 8 to 12 years of strategic communications experience and will focus on shaping and delivering effective communication initiatives in a fast-paced corporate setting.

What the Role Involves

The selected candidate will help plan and implement communication programs, work closely with stakeholders, and ensure messaging is consistent, clear, and impactful across several channels.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Communications or a closely related discipline.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in strategic communications, gained either in an in-house role or through consultancy work.
• Prior exposure to the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Technology sectors is an advantage.
• Regional experience will be viewed favorably.
• Proven ability to design and roll out communication plans across multiple channels.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
• Excellent capability in managing stakeholders, working with teams, and handling projects.
• Comfortable communicating with senior leadership and executive-level audiences.
• Experience in presenting communication strategies, activation plans, and KPI updates to leadership.
• Ability to turn technical concepts into simple, engaging communication material.
• Advanced or professional-level communications qualifications are preferred.
• Solid understanding of corporate messaging and broader communications strategy.

Additional Information

This role is based in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, and is intended for a full-time onsite arrangement. The employer is Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co.
