About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial leader to spearhead our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position extends beyond execution—it involves building the business, crafting effective go-to-market strategies, cultivating client partnerships, and driving growth across multiple sectors. You will collaborate with top-level client executives to tackle intricate risk and compliance challenges, develop a high-caliber team, and create innovative GRC solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives to establish and expand a strong client portfolio, turning opportunities into lasting relationships.
  • Spot emerging trends within the GRC domain and proactively design offerings, solutions, and thought leadership content to address these developments.
  • Represent the organization at important industry conferences and forums.
  • Oversee complete delivery of GRC projects, including Business Continuity Management, internal controls, enterprise risk management, SOX compliance, internal audits, compliance programs, and policy development.
  • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to CXOs and board members.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, client satisfaction, and deadlines.
  • Recruit, mentor, and nurture a skilled GRC team, promoting a culture focused on performance, collaboration, and inclusivity.
  • Drive innovation by developing new methodologies, tools, and accelerators specific to GRC.
  • Work closely with global teams to incorporate and expand best practices across the organization.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in risk advisory, internal controls, Business Continuity Management, internal audit, SOX compliance, or related compliance fields, preferably from Big 4 or consulting firms.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory environments and corporate governance standards.
  • A substantiated record of creating or significantly enhancing consulting client bases.
  • Exceptional skills in relationship building and managing stakeholders.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach combined with innovative thinking and a focus on growth.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability capable of inspiring both teams and clients.
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree is mandatory; certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA are advantageous.
