Role Summary

The role involves supporting and enhancing the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program by collaborating across the Group entities to implement and monitor CSR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CSR budgets ensuring the effective execution of communication strategies.
• Contribute to developing and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess CSR performance and quality.
• Promote efficient resource use by emphasizing cost control and productivity improvements.
• Maintain integration and alignment of CSR objectives with business goals by engaging with business leaders and managers.
• Provide required information to auditors, compliance officers, and other related parties in a timely and precise manner.
• Handle customer inquiries related to bank products and resolve them efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) with internal units to improve turnaround times.
• Implement departmental policies and procedures to define effective CSR activities and reporting mechanisms.
• Coordinate CSR relationship strategies and aggregate business unit CSR plans into a unified Group strategy.
• Regularly review social compliance audits and address findings appropriately.
• Develop relationships with national and international NGOs and advocacy organizations on issues relating to labor, environment, community, and inclusion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global CSR best practices and local legal/regulatory requirements on environment, energy, and human rights.
• Uphold compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal policies including AML, CTF, data protection, fraud control, whistleblowing, conflicts of interest, and insider dealing policies.
• Support risk and compliance frameworks such as RCSA, KRI, and incident reporting.
• Attend mandatory training and seminars to meet professional competency standards.
• Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive corporate and customer information, sharing it only with authorized parties.
• Perform any additional duties as requested by management to support the bank’s operations and reputation.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Communications.
• Entry-level position requiring no prior experience.
• Proficient oral and written communication in English; Arabic language skills are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building effective internal and external relationships.
• Excellent presentation abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines while maintaining professionalism.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with flexibility to work in teams and individually.
• Good listening and communication skills to foster clarity and collaboration across various Group functions.
