Job Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Frankfurt store to join our team at the earliest opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing and organizing store operations as second-in-command.
- Produce weekly reports related to store performance.
- Support inventory and staff management activities.
- Motivate and train sales personnel to enhance productivity and service quality.
- Conduct sales consultations, handle sales conversations, and manage cashier duties.
Qualifications
- Completed training as a retail salesperson or comparable qualification.
- Work experience in retail, preferably in the textile/fashion sector.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with merchandise management systems.
- Engaged, team-oriented, and effective communication skills.
- Fluent in German with good command of English.
- Passion for the Carhartt brand.
