Assistant Restaurant Manager

Role Overview

The Kolkata Cabin is searching for a proactive Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee its daily outlet activities and assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering smooth, efficient, and customer-centric restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manage restaurant staff effectively.
• Manage procurement processes, liaise with vendors, and maintain inventory control.
• Track and control food costs, minimize wastage, and monitor stock discrepancies.
• Handle order management across platforms including Swiggy, Zomato, POS systems, and direct customer orders.
• Create staff schedules and monitor presence and productivity.
• Address customer issues promptly to ensure a high standard of service quality.
• Guarantee adherence to SOPs, hygiene requirements, and food quality standards.
• Support recruitment processes, enable training initiatives, and assist in team management.
• Compile daily reports covering sales, inventory, and operational metrics.

Candidate Profile

• Preference for candidates with 2 to 4 years’ experience in restaurant, QSR, or cloud kitchen operations.
• Looking for individuals who are hands-on, well-organized, honest, people-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure.

• Work Location: Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working Schedule: Six days a week
• Salary Range: INR 20,000 to 30,000 per month
