Role Overview

The Assistant Manager supports the store’s daily operations and helps keep the site running smoothly. The role spans customer service, staff training and development, rostering, stock control, reporting, and the consistent application of workplace health and safety standards and procedures.

Working Hours

This position requires flexible availability, with commitment expected across the following core weekly shifts:

• Monday: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
• Tuesday: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
• Wednesday: 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm
• Thursday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Friday: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm

You should be comfortable adapting to change, have a sharp eye for detail, and work well as part of a team.
