Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through in-depth product knowledge and collaborative sales efforts with your team.
• Uphold sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual standards, and operational benchmarks.
• Function as a liaison connecting customers, sales staff, and store leadership.
• Continuously learn and disseminate knowledge on products and market trends tailored to customer preferences.
• Stay informed about product details and upcoming trends to maintain competitive advantage.
