Role Overview
Step into a leadership position at one of Dubai’s prominent nightlife venues. In this role, you will act as a key support to the venue’s senior operations, helping ensure memorable guest experiences and smooth day-to-day performance at a high-end hospitality destination.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the venue’s everyday operations and help keep service running efficiently.
- Guide and coordinate managers and supervisors across the location.
- Maintain high standards of operational quality throughout the venue.
- Respond to and manage VIP guest requirements with care and professionalism.
- Support stronger team results by helping drive performance across departments.
Experience and Requirements
- Background in luxury hospitality is required.
- Prior experience in an operational leadership position is needed.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are expected.
- Ability to solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment is important.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a monthly salary in the range of AED 22,000 to AED 35,000, along with additional benefits.
