Assistant Director of Engineering

Role Overview

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar is hiring an Assistant Director of Engineering to support the Director of Engineering in running the department smoothly, cost-effectively, and in coordination with the rest of the hotel’s operating teams. The role focuses on delivering the technical services needed across the property while keeping machinery, buildings, and outdoor areas in excellent working condition.

What You Will Do

You will help manage engineering operations so that all departments receive timely support and the hotel continues to operate efficiently. The position involves maintaining equipment, facilities, and grounds at a high standard and ensuring the engineering function contributes to the overall performance of the property.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a university degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Building Management. At least 2 years of relevant experience as an Assistant Director of Engineering or Engineering Manager is preferred. Strong problem-solving ability, along with solid administrative and interpersonal skills, is essential.
