Great Beginnings Halls Head is seeking a passionate Assistant Centre Manager to support and enhance an exceptional 122-place early childhood service. This role involves fostering a stimulating and safe learning environment for children, guided by the Early Years Learning Framework and a specialized Kindergarten program.

Centre Overview

The centre features inviting indoor and outdoor play areas, modern age-appropriate technology, and well-resourced learning spaces. Operating hours are from 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM, catering to up to 122 children.

Candidate Profile

• Possess an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services
• Have a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Demonstrated experience as an Educator working with children aged 0-5 years in an early childhood setting
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Current Working with Children Check
• Certified in First Aid
