About the Role

We are hiring Inbound Area Managers to join our Fulfillment Centers (FCs), where we process and distribute millions of products annually to customers worldwide.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze work forecasts and set productivity goals for your team to align with overall operational objectives for the facility.
- Collaborate with fellow Area Managers to ensure balanced labor deployment, maintaining an efficient shift while achieving departmental targets.
- Implement and support all safety initiatives, including OSHA compliance, fostering a secure working environment for all team members.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements, spearheading continuous improvement efforts utilizing Lean methodologies and tools.
- Oversee direct management of employees, guiding their performance and development.
- Leverage experience in performance metrics and process improvements to optimize operations effectively.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- More than two years of experience involving performance metrics, process improvements, or Lean technique applications.
